A complete overview can be found on our personio careers page. In general, we're always looking for engaged developers, consultants, and designers.
The overall process consists of five steps:
- Screening your application
- The first conversation where we meet each other to understand if we can become great team members
- A challenge where we'd like to understand how good you're at your craft
- The second conversation where we're curious about your challenge and clarify general aspects of employment
- Our offer
Usually, it takes about four weeks from first contact until hiring.
On our side, at least two people will be part of the conversation. One person, mostly one of our CEOs will actively answer questions and moderate. The other one takes notes. That's important for the overall decision process.
